We recently spent a great weekend visiting one of Steve's many cousins on their farm in northern Michigan. Steve hasn't seen them or any of their siblings in over fifteen years but they immediately were gracious and giving and inviting to our crew of crazies. We ate great meals, went boating, hiked, played with real tractors, fed horses and watched the colors change throughout the day. Family is family and Steve's is a fantastic one for putting up with feverish children and giant school buses mucking up their exquisitely beautiful piece of land.
