So, we have been spending some cash on plumbing supplies. We could not figure out how to actually use "used" plumbing parts. Sadly, it's not very pretty - the stuff we're buying. Thus far we've spent a few hundred dollars on clean water storage pipes and doodads, sewer storage and a hot water heater. I don't even think we're done as of yet. Argh - it's making me impatient. I want the pretty stuff done like bunk beds, curtains and wood on the walls. Steve has been working really hard on it though so once again, kudos to him. Here's to a sink with running water!
