Last night I had some girlfriends over for some tapas and sangria. I made this killer sangria using red wine, triple sec, lime juice, fruit and ginger ale. We also had lettuce wraps with tofu, peanuts, veggies and plum sauce. Perfect food for a warm night. Unfortunately, the air conditioner didn't quite do the job because an hour before the party, the extension cord began to spark, smoke and then melt. No air conditioner:( Basically the cord was too small for the amount of energy that air conditioner needs. Lesson learned, again. New cord - $50:(
